We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Germany, France, Netherlands. Tracked shipping is $12 USD, or complimentary on orders of $120 USD or more. Import duties may be charged by the destination country.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, sets must be unopened and unused unless they arrived faulty. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the return.
