Dispatch

In-stock orders leave within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once the parcel is collected.

Delivery

Tracked standard delivery is complimentary for orders of $120 USD or more. Orders below $120 are charged $12 USD. Most deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Germany, France, Netherlands.

Duties and taxes

No sales tax is added at checkout under the seller's configured tax treatment. Import duties may be collected by the destination country and remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, nail sets must be unopened and unused unless they arrived faulty.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and refund the original shipping cost.
