Products
Our press-on nails are hand-finished, so small variations in color and detail are normal and are not defects. Colors can also look slightly different on screen. Product descriptions explain set contents and wear guidance; please follow the care instructions and do not apply over irritated or damaged nails.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on orders of $120 or more and $12 below that; the total is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal when you place the order.
Orders
Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, if payment is flagged as fraudulent, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. Unpaid checkouts expire and their items are released.
Shipping, duties and taxes
We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Germany, France, Netherlands. In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and most arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, nail sets must be unopened and unused unless they are faulty. Request the return first; parcels sent without instructions may not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty or incorrect items, where we cover it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, email lwq9997@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.
Your statutory rights
These terms do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including the right of EU and UK consumers to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene-sealed goods that have been opened after delivery may be excluded from that right where the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Intellectual property
The Velora name, logo, designs, photos, and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact lwq9997@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve any problem.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
